1. Aerobics a good form of cardio that keeps your heart and lungs healthy.

2. Walking helps to keep your weight down and lower your risk of stroke and diabetes.

3. Biking has the same benefits as walking, but is low impact and reduces stress on the joints. It also helps to prevent osteoporosis.

4. Dancing prevents heart disease. It also increases balance and flexibility, giving you better stability and fewer injuries

5. Strength training with resistance bands is excellent if you're trying to build muscle without too much stress on your joints. Their low weight makes them easier to carry than dumbbells and will give you similar result.

6. Water Aerobics is a good way to have a full body, low impact workout. It's easy on your joints and good for your heart.

7. Yoga will help you sleep better, increase your mood, and help ease lower back pain.

8. Wall snow angels are super easy and will help ease that tightness in your chest.

9. Chair squats are also super easy, and can be done at home.

10. Neck turns will help to keep the muscles in your neck from becoming too stiff.
